Shipping and Delivery Policy

This Shipping and Delivery Policy (“Policy”) governs the delivery of services offered by Pramaan.ai ("we", "us", "our") to our customers ("you", "your"). By availing our services, you agree to the terms and conditions set forth in this Policy.

1. Delivery of Services

Pramaan.ai provides background verification services, including but not limited to:

  • Educational checks
  • Employment history checks
  • Criminal background verification
  • Address verification
  • Credit reports
  • Other professional reference checks

Our services are delivered in the form of digital reports (electronic files) containing the results of the verification.

Service Delivery Method: All verification reports are delivered electronically through email or via our online platform. Upon successful completion of the verification process, a detailed report will be provided to the customer (or the authorized recipient) via the email address provided during the sign-up or request process.

Timeframe for Delivery:

  • Standard Processing Time: Reports are typically delivered within 7-90 business days from the initiation of the verification process. This timeline may vary depending on the complexity of the check, third-party response times, and external factors.
  • Delays: External delays such as delayed responses from educational institutions, employers, or government bodies may affect the delivery time. While we strive to complete checks in a timely manner, we do not guarantee specific delivery times and cannot be held liable for delays caused by third parties.

2. Delivery Confirmation

Once the verification report has been generated and delivered:

  • Email Confirmation: A confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided at the time of service request. This email will contain a link to download the verification report or a copy of the report as an attachment.
  • WhatsApp Confirmation: A confirmation text will be sent to the registered WhatsApp number provided at the time of service request. The message may contain a copy of the report as an attachment as well.
  • Access via Online Portal: Customers may also access the report by logging into their Pramaan.ai account on our platform, where the reports will be stored for future access.

3. Service Delivery to Clients and Candidates

  • Clients (i.e., Employers, Recruiters, Organizations): The primary recipient of the verification report will be the customer who requested the service (the Client). The report will be sent to the email address registered with us. You may request additional copies or share the report with other authorized parties.
  • Candidates (i.e., Individuals undergoing background verification): The individual being verified (the Candidate) will be notified once the report is completed. In most cases, the Candidate will also receive a copy of the final report.

Note: By using our services, you acknowledge and consent to receiving a copy of the verification report, whether you are the Client or the Candidate.

4. Delivery Method and Security

All delivery of reports will be carried out through secure channels to ensure the confidentiality of the information. Reports will be provided in commonly used, non-editable formats such as PDF to maintain integrity and security.

  • Data Security: Pramaan.ai takes all necessary precautions to safeguard the information we process and deliver. Our delivery system ensures that reports are shared with the authorized recipient only, minimizing any risks of unauthorized access.
  • Confidentiality: The reports contain sensitive information, and we strongly recommend that both Clients and Candidates store and share these reports securely. You are responsible for ensuring that the reports are not forwarded or shared without appropriate authorization.

5. Delivery Issues and Errors

If you do not receive the report within the expected timeframe, please contact our support team. Pramaan.ai will make reasonable efforts to resolve any issues related to undelivered or delayed reports.

  • Missing or Undelivered Reports: If you have not received the report within the standard processing time, check your spam or junk email folder. If the report is still missing, please contact our support team at support@pramaan.ai.
  • Report Errors or Inaccuracies: In the rare event that there is an error in the report (such as incorrect information), we will review the report and take necessary actions to correct any mistakes. However, we do not assume responsibility for the accuracy of the data collected from third-party sources.

6. Service Availability

Pramaan.ai services are available globally, subject to local laws and regulations. We do not guarantee service availability in countries or regions where our services are prohibited by law or local regulations.

7. Force Majeure

In the event of circumstances beyond our control, such as technical failures, strikes, natural disasters, or government regulations, Pramaan.ai will not be held liable for delays in the delivery of services or reports.

8. No Physical Delivery

Since Pramaan.ai provides digital services, there is no physical shipping or delivery of goods involved. All services are delivered in the form of digital reports, accessible online or via email.
